FAQ's

  • Do I need to be a certain fitness level to join?
    You can be any level of fitness or age to join. All are welcome. You can choose whether you add weights to the exercises or use your bodyweight and you can work at your pace from the comfort of your home.
  • Do I need any equipment?
    Ideally you would have 2 sets of weights (one set lighter than the other). If you are a beginner I would start with 2/3kg and 4/5kg. But you don’t have to use weights and also tin cans can be used. I also suggest having fabric resistance band, but again this is not necessary to join in.
  • Can others in the group see me whilst I exercise?
    No, you can only see me through the facebook live option on your feed.
  • Can I end my subscription at anytime?
    You can end your subscription at anytime, there is no contract.
  • What if I can’t do the exercise you are doing?
    I always try to offer modifications in the classes.
  • How much is it?
    It is £15 per month.
  • I don’t have a facebook profile, can I see the videos anywhere else?
    The videos are live and on catch up through the private facebook group. If you don’t have an account some people set one up in a different name purely for this group.
  • How do I access the videos?
    They are live at 6.45am Monday to Friday (Thursday is pre-recorded). You can access them from the closed Girlfitin15 group on Facebook. They will be uploaded once live is finished for you to catch up whenever suits you.
  • How do I sign up?
    You can either message me directly or through my website to register interest in some session. We will then arrange a convenient time to have a chat on the phone to talk through your goals and see you think I can help you meet them. If you decide to proceed you can choose a block of sessions and book through the website.
  • Where do the sessions take place?
    From the comfort of your home! The sessions are over video call so you can be wherever you choose! Take me on holiday if you want!
  • When do the sessions take place?
    I am generally very flexible around timings of sessions during the week. If I have availability I can do anytime during the day or evening. However, I don’t run sessions at the weekend unless we can find a time that might work for both of us.
  • Can I train with a friend?
    Yes absolutely. But in order to give you both the attention that you might need I only allow 1 other person in a session. You can both be together or over zoom. Please enquire for group session prices.
