New Classes Every Week
With a structured weekly programme which runs Monday to Friday, we will cover off all your strength and conditioning fitness goals in a structured programme. All you need is 15-20 minutes per day.
FIT IN 15 is designed to work with your life - not against it. Whether you're short on time, energy, or juggling a million responsibilities, these workouts are realistic, flexible and easy to stay consistent with. No pressure, no perfection - just progress that actually sticks.

No fancy equipment
A supportive community created via a Whats App group that will help inspire and motivate our community, helping you on your fitness journey.
I believe you can achieve results without fancy equipment. You'll need a mat, some weights, (one lighter set, and one heavier set), a resistance band if you have on and that's it!

This is a fitness programme that is easy to fit into you life and provides a community that encourages, motivates and celebrates everyone as an individual. Together we find time to workout, grow in confidence, grow in strength and feel better.
My focus as a personal trainer has always been about the many benefits that moving your body can bring and how building strength in body and mind is imperative as we age. Being part of this community and working out together will have such a positive impact on your life. I want to help you make a lifestyle change and reap the rewards.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The plan works on a monthly basis so once you have paid £15 you will receive access to all classes in the library. New classes are added every week and all are accessed through the members page on the website. You will have the option to join a supportive What's App group that inspire and motivate you on your fitness journey. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
