5 New Classes Every Week
With a structured weekly programme which runs Monday to Friday, we will cover off all your strength and conditioning fitness goals in a structured programme. All you need is 15 minutes per day.
Every week day at 6:45am you can join with other members of the community. Or you can choose to take the class on-demand at anytime.

No fancy equipment
Classes are streamed directly from a private Facebook group giving you access to a supportive and likeminded community. Exactly what you need to achieve your goals.
I believe you can achieve results without fancy equipment. You'll need a mat, some weights, (one lighter, and one heavier), a resistance band if you have on and that's it!

WHY ITS PERFECT FOR BUSY WOMEN
This is a fitness programme that is easy to fit into you life and provides a community that encourages, motivates and celebrates everyone as an individual. Together we find time to workout, grow in confidence, grow in strength and feel better.
My focus as a personal trainer has always been about the many benefits that moving your body can bring and how building strength in body and mind is imperative as we age. Being part of this community and working out together will have such a positive impact on your life. I want to help you make a lifestyle change and reap the rewards.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The plan works on a monthly basis so once you have paid £15 you will receive access to all the classes that month. That's 5 new classes, 5 days a week at 6:45am. All classes are accessed through a private Facebook group, so you'll be given access upon payment and be able to benefit from the supportive community within the group. Worried you won't always make the 6:45am session? You don't need to worry as all classes will be live on the Facebook group for several weeks after. If after one month the programme doesn't suit you, you can simply cancel your subscription.
