I'm Karen, a personal trainer in Godalming, and I'm so pleased you're here.
Being able to educate, inspire, empower and motivate other women on how to incorporate fitness into their busy everyday lives is what I love to do. Fitness has transformed my life in so many ways and I want to be able to help other busy, time poor women do the same.
So a bit about me!
Having always had a passion for health and fitness I qualified as a personal trainer in Surrey after having my second child ten years ago.

As a busy mum of two boys I know just how important exercise is. As we get older going through the different stages of our lives, strength training is a vital part of our longevity. I created Fit In 15 so that I could reach more women and help them achieve a consistent workout routine. Creating a lifestyle that will stay with you. I am creating a community where we can workout together and inspire each other.
My fitness philosophy
Exercising the body is positive fuel for your mind. My positivity in life comes through my consistent fitness regime. It's never just exercise for you body.
It's more than just exercise.
How can I help achieve your goals?
I help so many women like me, who are time poor and often busy working Mums. Every weekday morning at 645am I will be there to motivate you with a focused fitness plan to achieve your goals. I've created a wonderful online community of likeminded women who support each other in the Fit in 15 weekly programme so you not only have me as your cheerleader.
For some clients, 1:1 personal training and a bespoke fitness plan is preferred and I work with clients in Haslemere, Godalming, and across the Guildford area. Just like my Fit in 15 programme, I make fitness enjoyable and easy to fit into your lifestyle. Plus you get to do it in the comfort of your home.
