Accountability
One of the hardest things when starting on a fitness journey is to keep it going. I will challenge you when you feel like giving up and keep your goals in mind with each session.
Progression
I will make a specific programme designed for you which can be adapted and progressed is invaluable. Our bodies and muscles will naturally start to plateau if they keep doing to same routine but I can break you out of boredom and keep your muscles guessing!
Train Right
Getting hurt when exercising is a common occurrence but I will ensure that you use correct technique and form and therefore help reduce the risk of injury.
Motivation, Motivation, Motivation I will be your own personal cheer leader! By creating fun and effective sessions I will ensure that you stay on track and help you to put in that extra effort.
