Joining the Girlfitin15 has been the best thing I’ve ever done in terms of my exercise journey. I'm Karen

As a busy mum of two boys I know just how important exercise is. As we get older going through the different stages of our lives, strength training is a vital part of our longevity. I created Fit In 15 so that I could reach more women and help them achieve a consistent workout routine. Creating a lifestyle that will stay with you and a community where we can workout together and inspire each other.
