Are you a time poor woman who struggles to find time to exercise but who wants to get fitter and stronger? My effective 20 minute workouts deliver a weekly structured plan to help you get fit at home. Join live or on-demand anytime, with new live workouts every week delivered via the members area where you'll have the encouragement from a supportive group of women and myself, personal trainer, Karen. The members area also contains additional workouts and lengths so there is always something to suit you.



LIVE HOME WORKOUT
3 live 20 minute strength classes a week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:45am . Either join live or on demand at a time to suit you.
FOR ALL AGES AND FITNESS LEVELS
Suitable for all fitness levels and you don't need any fancy equipment! There is also no age definition as we are never too young or too old to strength train.

SUPPORTIVE COMMUNITY

I'm Karen
As a busy mum of two boys I know just how important exercise is. As we get older going through the different stages of our lives, strength training is a vital part of our longevity. I created GIRLFIT ON DEMAND so that I could reach more women and help them achieve a consistent workout routine. Creating a lifestyle that will stay with you and a community where we can workout together and inspire each other.
